The Rites of the Munay-Ki connect us to who we are becoming... and connect us with the path of destiny that is aligned for our soul. Delivered to the world by the Q'Ero Shaman of Peru, the Rites of the Munay-Ki are powerful energetic transmissions that transform and upgrade your luminous energy field. They connect you to a lineage of healers, wisdomkeepers, earthkeepers and ancestors who have assumed stewardship for all of creation and who can support you in your transformation and healing process.
Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll receive the energy transmissions and will work in ceremony with Jenna to integrate these energies and work with Shamanic practices to support your transformation.

Healer's Rite
This rite connects you to a lineage of luminous healers from the past to assist you in your personal transformation, awakening your personal healing power. Calling on this lineage of healers, we ask that they clear any imprints of trauma or dysfunction from your field so you may be of the highest service and connect to your highest destiny.

Harmony Rite
In this Rite you'll receive a transmission of the 7 Archetypes into your Chakras. First you receive the archetypes of serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and eagle; next you receive three archangel archetypes: the Keeper of the Lower World (our unconscious), the Keeper of the Middle World (our waking world), and the Protector of the Upper World (our super-conscious).

Day Keeper's Rite
In this Rite you'll be connected to a lineage of master healers from ancient times. Daykeepers are protectors of the balance inherent in day/night. They can call on ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, and to bringing us into harmony with our Mother. This rite helps you begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.

Wisdom Keeper's Rite
In this Rite you'll be connected to a lineage of luminous spirits from the past and the future who were guardians of the ancient wisdom on Earth. This rite helps you to begin to heal your inner masculine, step outside of time, and experience infinity.

The Creator's Rite
This Rite helps awaken the Creator-light within, and helps you connect to your role as a Steward for all of life throughout the Cosmos. In this Rite, you'll experience the act of creation as one that happens inside of you, and you'll begin to allow Spirit to work through you and AS YOU.

Bands of Power
The Bands of Power are five energy belts, connected with the five elements of earth, fire, air, water, and light, which are woven into your luminous energy field (LEF) for protection. They act as filters, breaking down any negative energies that come toward you, allowing those energies to feed your LEF instead of negatively affecting you.

Seer's Rite
This Rite awakens the inner eye and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit. You'll receive an energetic transmission, activating pathways of light to connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart chakra.

Earth Keeper's Rite
This rite connects you to the archangels that are guardians of our solar system, and stewards of all life on Earth. It helped you expand your perception and experience of life to be one of connection with the entire Earth and Solar System. It helps you begin connecting to the Cosmos and helps you master your creative and manifestation abilities.

Star Keeper's Rite
This rite helps your physical body to evolve into Homo Luminous; the aging process is slowed down, your DNA is re-informed, and you become more resistant to disease. You will begin to expand your consciousness to understand your role in our Galaxy and Universe, evolving your limited experience as a human.

This rite connects you to the lineage of healed Divine Feminine, energy. We are reminded by the Spirit of the Jungle, that the Womb is not a place to store fear or pain, and that the Womb is a place to create and to give birth to life.

What to Expect:
Each week we'll come together in ceremony live on Zoom, to begin your Shamanic Initiation. Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll be given 10 specific energetic transmissions, helping you shift and clear heavy energies out of your field, while connecting you more deeply with the energy of Mother Earth, Spirit and all of the Luminous beings who can support you in your transformation process.
You'll begin to walk with greater energetic protection, will explore hidden aspects of your subconscious and soul, will activate your connection to powerful archetypal energies, and will become a steward of ancient wisdom.
Throughout our 10 week journey together, we'll work to heal the past, will connect to our highest destiny possible, and will step into our power as co-creators with the Spirit.
Don't worry! The process works perfectly over Zoom - we are all connected via the Universal Quantum Field, and energetic transmissions can be delivered effectively in a "remote" way - time and space is just an illusion!

The Rites of the Munay-Ki
Shamanic Initiation
The Rites of the Munay-Ki are a body of 10 initiatory practices and energy transmissions that transform and upgrade your luminous energy field. They connect you to a lineage of healers, wisdomkeepers, earthkeepers and ancestors who have assumed stewardship for all of creation and who can support you in your transformation and healing process.
The rites of the Munay-Ki were brought to the West by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, distilled from his work as a medical anthropologist with the high shamans of the Amazon and Andes. Rites of passage and initiation have been practiced on Earth for thousands of years.
These initiatory practices were bestowed upon us by the elders of the Q’ero nation in Peru, some of the last descendants of the Inka people. Hidden from the world for centuries, as the Q’ero retreated into the high Andes mountains avoiding the colonization of the Spanish conquistadors, the rites of passage or initiation have now been passed to those in the West, in hopes that we may all become stewards of the Earth and stewards of our becoming.
The Munay-Ki give us the energetic power to step into our wholeness, heal from the past, and embody the wisdom and love of Spirit. The Munay-Ki rites of passage teach us about our ability to become powerful creators and teach us about our responsibility to walk in beauty, act in beauty, and think in beauty.
The Munay-Ki remind us that we are able to reconnect with our Spiritual essence, and receive the immense amount of support that is available to us from the Spiritual realms. We are reminded of who are we are, who are becoming and who we are meant to be. We are connected with our destiny and are invited to dream a new world into being.

How is Shamanism different from other forms of Spiritual practice?
Shamanism is centered around a deep connection with Mother Earth, in addition to the Cosmos and has been practiced for thousands of years. Shamanism also helps us connect to a pure form of ancient wisdom that helps understand the nature of consciousness; it is a practice of understanding the energetics of our reality and learning how to navigate that reality in a way where you act as a steward for all of life, and as a powerful co-creator with Spirit.
What lineage of Shamanism do you practice?
I am initiated in to the Q'Ero lineage of Shamanism from Peru in South America and am a certified Rites of the Munay-Ki practitioner and Master Energy Medicine practitioner. In my opinion, this is one of the most pure, uncontaminated lineages of Shamanism on the planet. The Q'Ero community escaped the colonial conquest that happened hundreds of years ago, and fled high into the Andes mountains where they preserved the very pure Spiritual traditions from the "Children of the Sun", the Incan peoples of South America.
What sort of experiences will I have when I go through Initiation?
During the process of initiation, you are beginning to clear heavy energies from your energy field, and are replacing those energies with NEW light, and energy that will serve you in becoming the highest version of yourself possible. However, as we go through that process, shadow work is required - we must face our fears, be willing to let go of past patterns, traumas or wounds, and be willing to "do life" differently. By stepping onto the path of Shamanism, we are agreeing to become humble stewards of Mother Earth's resources, and are agreeing to honor all of life with integrity. Once you have done that work, it is highly likely that you'll experience a much more magical, joyful life.
I've heard Shamanic initiations include plant medicine. Is that part of this?
Nope! We'll be exploring expanded states of being, and will tap into archetypal energies, and the realms of your soul you haven't explored - all without plant medicine. While plant medicine can be supportive on the healing journey, it is not required to have a Spiritual, Mystical or Transcendant experience - it's best to understand the energies you are carrying and the realms of consciousness that can be explored before embarking on deeper plant medicine journeys.

Hey! I’m Jenna, Founder of Star Family Wisdom and Former Global Vice President at Whole Foods Market.
I'm an old soul and have been a leader of transformation and change for over 15 years, leading teams and individuals to adopt empowering mindsets and achieve their goals. I am a student and teacher of Universal Spirituality, a Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, a Rites of the Munay-Ki Shamanic Initation Practitioner, a Master of Manifestation, and am particularly passionate about helping humans understand the nature of consciousness, metaphysics, and transpersonal phenomena (including ET experiences!). With a skill for connecting ancient wisdom, new mind-body science and Universal Spiritual teachings, I'm now teaching online courses to help Star Family Wisdom students transform and manifest their dreams! I've remembered past lives in Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece teaching and leading Initiates who were ready to embody Spiritual wisdom; and I'm back for more!
