Goddess (Guru) Purnima Daily Schedule
To fully participate at home, please plan to take at least an hour of sacred space each day for the 9 days leading up to Goddess Purnima. Have a candle ready and some small sticks from nature which will be used as offerings in the fire (also have water nearby if needed!). You may also want to work with nature by creating mandalas, yantras or offerings outdoors for each of the 9 days (use your intuition and let it flow... we'll discuss this on day 1).
It is also recommended to spend a little time each day honoring the other Gurus and Teachers in your life, in whatever way feels aligned and special for you, knowing that the role of all Gurus is to lead us back to God, Source, Mother/Father.
During the 9 day process we'll be working with 2 mantras (we'll discuss the mantras in the Day 1 video). It is recommended to repeat each mantra 108 times per day for the 9 days. If that does not feel possible at this time, repeat any repetition of 9 that you can make time for.
Our Daily Mantras:
Tara Mantra:
Namah Samanta Buddānām Karuna Ubdavhe Tāre Tārini Svāhā
(wish granting mantra, blue lotus frequency, purifying darkness, mercy, dreams coming true)
Chintamani Stone Mantra:
Om Padme Chintamani Jvala Hum
(dharma chakra, chintamani stone - philosophers stone power activation, successful relationships)
All daily practices will be pre-recorded and uploaded to Youtube. Additional mantra suggestions for advanced practitioners will be shared via email leading up to the 9 day process.
Jenna is not offering this program live this year to allow for easeful flow in her own practice, but she can be reached by email at jenna@starfamilywisdom.com with questions!
** mantras are from "Esoteric Buddhism of Japan" by Yuzui Kotaki
Before beginning the 9 day practice, it is recommended to make an offering to the Goddess, for the support of the loving evolution of her creation, and to support you receiving the most out of the practice. A donation to your local food bank, of any amount, is highly recommended. If that is unachievable, offer something of value back to her creation with love.
Day 1: July 13
South Direction (Satya): Letting go of the past
Mother Earth and Father Sun Communion Practice
Today we'll work with the first cardinal direction and ask the South direction to help us let go of old energy, past attachments, or old karmic debts. We'll honor the physical embodiment of Mother as our planet Earth and the light and intelligence of Father as the Sun of our Solar System, beginning our work with the Mother and Father aspects of God.
Day 2: July 14
West Direction (Shanti): Fearless Transformation
Divine Father Communion (Brahma): Lower World Practice (Past)
Today we'll work with the second cardinal direction and ask the West direction to help us face our fears and transform into our highest Divine blueprint. We'll discuss the process of death, and letting old beliefs and fears die, honoring the cyclic process of life. We'll also start working directly with the 3 aspects of Divine Father intelligence and will journey to the Lower World to connect with the Generator aspect of Father, Brahma Consciousness, and the Keeper of the Lower World. We'll find any old beliefs or past stories that are ready to shift and clear, and we'll begin the process of co-creation with the Mother, writing a new soul contract for your highest and best reality to manifest.
Day 3: July 15
North Direction (Prema): Soul and Divine Alignment
Divine Father Communion (Vishnu): Middle World Practice (Now)
Today we'll work with the third cardinal direction and ask the North direction to help us align with the Will of Spirit (the Will of God), and to support our ability to take our soul's journey in this life with ease. We'll ask the North direction to guide our alignment with our soul's Divine plan and to help us find stillness in motion. We'll also work with the Operator aspect of Divine Father consciousness to bring harmony and peace to the present moment, helping us find clarity and sacred alignment with presence. We'll also connect with a sacred Mountain or power spot that may be able to support you in rising into your highest Divine intelligence, connecting you with wisdom of the highest order.
Day 4: July 16
East Direction (Dharma): Destiny and Transcendence
Divine Father Communion (Shiva): Upper World Practice (Future)
Today we'll work with the fourth cardinal direction and ask the East direction to help us experience a state of oneness and to help us transcend the Lower and Middle worlds. We'll work with the Destroyer aspect of Father Consciousness, which is also the Keeper of the Upper World, the one who receives souls back into the realm of Spirit. This aspect of Divine Father consciousness can support us in stepping outside of time to connect to a higher future, or to commune with beings of love, light and wisdom in the realm of Spirit. We'll ask the North direction to guide our alignment with our soul's Divine plan and to help us find stillness in motion. Today we'll connect with destiny and will ask for clarity about the intended Dharma for our soul's path forward.
Day 5: July 17
Divine Mother Communion: Kali
Today we’ll connect with the fierce aspect of the Mother intelligence, honoring her destructive, yet intensely protective energy. We’ll ask for Kali to become a guide and ally on our journey, and for her power of destruction to benevolently support you in removing obstacles, barriers and blocks on your journey of empowerment.
Day 6: July 18
Divine Mother Communion: Tara
Today we’ll connect with the wish-granting, compassionate, peaceful, merciful aspect of the Mother, Tara. We’ll ask for Tara’s intelligence to guide your becoming into an empathetic, unconditionally loving, forgiving being, helping you embody a state of easy, grace and flow. Tara will also help us embody a state of fertility, giving Divine energy to the growth of our dreams and intentions.
Day 7: July 19
Divine Mother Communion: Isis
Today we’ll connect with the beautiful, powerful, sensual Goddess of healing and magic. We’ll ask for Isis to guide us in becoming powerful channels, vessels, and bridges through which the Divine energy of Source may flow, allowing for the highest levels of miraculous transformation to occur through us.
Day 8: July 20
Divine Union and Oneness Practice
9 Planet and Cosmic Serpent Communion
Today we’ll spend time bringing our work with the Masculine and Feminine together in a meditation practice of unity and oneness. We’ll also spend time honoring the 9 planets of our solar system and asking their intelligence to guide benevolent and beneficial outcomes for all, with the ultimate goal of bringing Heaven to Earth in perfect Divine timing. We’ll connect with the idea of non-linear time and work with the symbolism of the Cosmic Serpent to support us in stepping outside of time to powerfully co-create with the Mother on our last day together.
Day 9: July 21 – Goddess (Guru) Purnima
Co-Creation and Manifestation Practice with the Mother
Honoring All of the Gurus
Today is the culmination of the work we've done together for the previous 9 days, honoring the Goddess (Mother) in her totality, wholeness, power and miraculous nature. The Goddess, Divine Mother of the Universe is all things, and by honoring the many parts of her throughout the previous 9 days, we are now ready to step into a powerful co-creative practice today. We'll also offer prayers of gratitude to all Gurus in our lives, and the teachers who take many forms on our path, asking for their continued support and guidance where appropriate.
As we complete our 9 day process, on Goddess Purnima, we'll have worked to align our energy field to a state of Universal Harmony (which will continue to occur for you over time), and will have come into alignment with the Goddess on Day 9. At this stage in the process, our alignment will support a quick, effortless, easeful manifestation of our asks and wishes, for the good of all. It is also recommended to hold intentions for the co-creation of planetary healing and loving human evolution, to allow this 9 day practice for support our collective healing as a human family.
Jai Ma!
Jai Guru!
