Hi! I’m Jenna, Former Global Vice President at Whole Foods Market.
I'm an old soul and have been a leader of transformation and change for over 15 years, leading teams and individuals to adopt empowering mindsets and achieve their goals. At Whole Foods Market I specialized in Change Management, and led teams through an evolving business strategy to support the healing of the planet. I am now a student and teacher of Universal Spirituality, a Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, a Shamanic Initiation Practitioner, and am particularly passionate about helping people and organizations in their transformation, utilizing scientific and spiritual concepts to unite, empower, and align individuals and teams. With a skill for connecting ancient wisdom, new mind-body science and Universal Spiritual teachings, I'm now offering healing services, empowering Executive teams to adopt intuitive leadership strategies and teaching teams and individuals how to manifest their biggest goals. I'm initiated in the traditional Shamanic practices of North and South America, and am so passionate about serving the collective healing and transformation of people and the planet. I'm also a member of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma and am so grateful for the wisdom-keepers on Earth who have supported our Spiritual evolution for thousands of years. Now based in Sedona, AZ, I am focused on furthering my Shamanic practice, and offering support for the healing and transformation of humanity and our planet.

In this talk Jenna will discuss our current state of polarization and separation, and how we can learn from our past to find healing and unity in our future. Jenna integrates her training in energy medicine to incorporate discussion on the power of meditation for accessing the infinite potential available to you and your teams. Jenna also shares about her own journey with meditation (and her journey of healing from anxiety and depression) to support you in your journey to wholeness. Banishing Limiting Beliefs and Owning Your Power
We have all been programmed with beliefs, ideas and ways of operating that do not serve our highest potential. In this talk, Jenna discusses the science of the mind, how we get programmed, and how that programming results in our unconscious behaviors and actions. Jenna discusses the energetics of personal power, and how the mind affects our personal energy field, resulting in the experiences we attract and people connect with.
